When I Look At You

My Jesus 

When I look at You a sense of calm seems to fill my heart in a big way...

The clouds in the sky fade slowly even for just a moment in time 

I look for Your wisdom and all of the things You have to say

And when I seek Your mighty presence only great things will I find.

When I look at You a sense of joy fills my heart in a big way 

Even though I may feel uncertain and sad from everything 

My spirit reaches up for Your mighty hands to hold every day 

We can make it together no matter the moments each day brings.

When I look at You a sense of completion fills my heart in a big way 

No matter how I feel I place myself in Your hands

Because You are in control and take care of every new day

Lord, I know that no matter what I am in Your heart and mighty plans.

I bestow my heart unto thee with adoration and care..

And ask that You forgive me by Grace and make me so brand new 

Wash me clean and purify me with Your perfect love so rare

And bestow Your anointing like a life fire in all I do.

 As I look unto the beauty of Your precious love for me...

As I behold Your breathtaking glory that I can now see

And the power and anointing flowing from Your mighty hands.

Your love begins to flow like precious raindrops from Your sweet heart.

Nourishing me and filling me with Your goodness and sweet care 

Giving me everything wonderful that makes me whole in part

But letting me that You will forever be there.

As I look upon the complex landscape of the world today...

Sometimes a sense of sadness and need for guidance builds up so strong 

My heart yearns for the sunshine of a new and brilliant day 

Lord, I sit and listen for the melody of Your great heart song.

Jesus, I desire a shower of all Your perfect love so true...

I'm waiting to feel Your anointing flow like pure honey in me 

I want to be in the light of Your glory in all I do 

Savior, touch me now and begin something wonderful to see.
