Heart Cry

My Jesus ..

You can see the sadness growing in my heart and the tears forming at best,
Sometimes I feel like I failed having not done all you wanted me too
I cannot see another sunrise or feel any real happiness
The one thing I didn't want to do is know I disappointed you.

But then I start to feel a kind and warm hand upon my shoulder so true..
You surround me with your precious peace and love that comes from Heavens great door
You want me to know I am your child and you're proud of me in all I do
But then you have great wisdom and knowledge you want me to know and more.

You want me to know that being your loved child is important in the end..
Following you and serving you is the greatest success anyone can see
You are proud of me and love me my great Father and sweet best friend
Success is found in a relationship with you for all eternity.

What Is A 😃 Smile?

A smile is a beautiful letter to God's heart with delight..
It is a precious mirror reflecting His mighty, sweet love
It is a musical praise song bringing honor to His sight
And an instrument singing the glory of Heaven above.

A smile is a gift to share with great joy and happiness..
It is a catalyst for making someone's life so brand new
A helpful tool that gives you strength to always do your best
A stepping stone to keep you up in everything you do.

A smile is a special gift that's composed in God's heart of grace..
A breathtaking vessel upon which He can construct great things
No matter where you go always keep it firmly on your face
And you'll find the greatest blessings that walking with God can bring.

That Glorious Day

My Wonderful Saviour..

I sit back for a moment, close my eyes and take a deep breath to reflect..
Trying to block all the negativity out of my mind around me
I try to picture my Heavenly Home and your great beauty at its best
And think about the breathtaking wonder of your smile that I long to see.

Like a brilliant rainbow of light reflecting its powerful love so true..
There is nothing at all in existence that can ever closely compare
It makes me forget everything and just completely concentrate on you
As I am completely immersed in your love and know just how much you care.

Suddenly, your magnificent power begins to flow like hope within me..
I can feel something so monumental begin to slowl0y take place
Miracles from your heart are happening in a life being now set free
It all begins with one special glance at the great smile upon your face.

Heavenly Guidance

Jesus..

Sometimes I don't know where to go or what to do anymore..
Everything that I have tried just doesn't seem to be a success
I can feel such disappointment and worry at my hearts core
It is impossible for me to even try for the best.

My heart reaches out for you in the greatest possible way..
You want to stop my pain and gently wrap your love around me
You fill me with your joy and such promise for every new day
Revealing to me I don't have to worry, but lean on thee.

You begin to lift the heaviness off and heal me with care..
Giving all the best from deep within yourself and so much more
Jesus, you want me to know not to fear for you're always there
Taking care of everything with delight is what love is for.

Rays Of Sonshine

Jesus..

When things don't always go just as I hope they would be,
And I don't know just where to turn now or what to do
I look for answers that would bring happiness to me
Helping me with strength and endurance to make it through.

When the world all around is so confusing at best,
Things just don't seem to make much sense to me anymore
The confusion seems to put my strong faith to the test
It has me wondering in my heart what I'm here for.

Just then the bright rays of Sonshine come sparkling through,
Providing everything I'll need abundantly
Jesus is always there in everything I do
And He will always intercede in the gap for me.

My heart overjoyed and came alive with such delight,
As His beauty shined so breathtakingly upon me
I knew right then the absolute truth with all my might
In the essence of His light is where I want to be.

Heavy Heart

My Jesus...

There are burdens weighing so heavily upon my heart today..
The sadness is overwhelming and so much more than I can bear
I try to fight against it and think of good in my own way
But I need to know that someone understands and that they do care.

Your heart begins to hurt so when you see me struggling more and more..
Your arms open wide and love begins to flow out perfectly
A beautiful light of promise and hope flow out from Heavens door
My Saviour wants to bring me peace and let me know he's there for me.

"Don't worry!" He whispers to my spirit with anticipation
I am right by your side and will take care of you forevermore
Please understand that it's by my presence that your victory is won
You can look forward to so many good things and great dreams in store.

True Beauty

My Jesus..

Help me to reflect true beauty as you would see it from above,
So that others may really understand and want to know much more
A genuine picture of your creation made with your great love
Nurtured and cultivated by your great hands from Heavens mighty door.

Help others to look at me with such clarity and sweet wholeness,
Ready to see the real person that I am and all that is you
I want them to see the reflection of your love and grace at best
And know I am your child and deep in your presence in all I do.

Let your beauty shine like a brilliant light so perfectly in me,
So that others will embrace it and desire it for themselves too
Then they will be a brilliant light that shines onward so happily
And true beauty will ignite dreams and hope the whole world through.

Wonderful Thoughts

Jesus..

I want my thoughts to be just like yours above
Filled with all things wonderful that brings such delight
And when I want things right I think of your love
And it gives me strength to fight with all my might.

I am victorious because of such grace
It sees me through the clouds my whole life through
Jesus I long for your perfect sweet embrace
I hold your hand there s nothing I can't do.

A Prayer For A New Day

My Precious Jesus...

Please bless this day so mightily,
Fill it with things that come from you
Help me to look pleasing to thee
A light of your love each hour through.

Help me to look up lovingly
And remember that you are right there
My rock, no matter where I'll be
Guiding me through with grace and care.

I do not have to doubt or fear
You see it all before I do
So I'll take your hand and draw near
For you will always see me through.

Lord bless this day so mightily
Help me to always do my best
I take your hand and trust in thee
You'll always take care of the rest.

New Hope

  Krista frowned as she slowly put her purse back on the chair and played her keys down.  She was going to miss yet another Sunday service.  She didn't want to fight with her husband.  She loved him too much.  But it was hard being married to someone who did not know God.

  Krista understood how much her parents and friends had warned her.  But she fell in love.  Somewhere deep in her heart she felt there was hope.

  "I am sorry", Crandall said.  "But I don't want you going."  Krista embraced her husband and wiped the tears from her eyes. 

  She went into the kitchen to plan Crandalls surprise birthday party.  It would take her mind off everything.

  The next day, her two good friends from church stopped by while Crandall was at work.  They questioned Krista as to when she would come to church.

  Krista found herself becoming very overwhelmed.  She had all kinds of emotions building inside of her.  She became angry and asked the women to leave.

  She slammed the door behind them, collapsed on the couch and began to cry uncontrollably.  She felt very sad about missing church.

  Krista got up from the couch and became very dizzy.    She hadn't been feeling well.  She collapsed to the floor and was unconscious.

  When Crandall came home he had her taken to the hospital.  Krista remained in a coma.  They continued to run tests. 

  Kristas parents and members of the church came to pray for her.  Crandall fought with them.  But they still proceeded, waiting on a miracle and hope.

  "Why do you proceed like this?"  He asked her parents.  "Because we believe in the power of God."  They told him.

  The next day,  Crandall didn't go to work.  He stood by Krista s bed.  He began to cry out as he laid his head on her.  "Don't leave me my love!  Where would I be without you? If there is something in your belief, I wish you would come back to me!"

  Suddenly, Crandall could feel a hand patting his head.  He looked up and saw his wife smiling at him.

  He leaped out of his chair and began yelling for joy.  The doctor and everyone came running in.  The medical staff began to examine her.

  "We did get our miracle, thank you Lord!"  Kristas parents proclaimed.  "I truly believe you did!"  The doctor said, smiling.

  "Looks like everything is ok," He said to Crandall.  "It might have been due to her pregnancy."

  Crandalls eyes widened.  "I'm going to be a Father?"  He asked.  The doctor nodded.  Suddenly, Crandall turned to Krista s parents. 

  "Please tell me about your Jesus?"  He said, smiling.  Crandall gave his heart to the Lord.  Krista looked up to Heaven, and smiled.  "Thank you" she whispered.

  She had gotten two miracles that day.

 

Reflections

Sweet Jesus..

My mind is overcome with such happiness,
When I have even one simple thought of you
Just one whisper of your name makes me feel blessed
It gives me inspiration my whole day through.

My heart is overwhelmed and filled with delight,
When even one of your words fills me completely
I yearn to feel your presence with all my might
It is the only place that I want to be.

My spirit feels like everything is brand new,
It starts the very moment I speak your name
I find all of who I am now is in you
Life is a new adventure and not the same.  😊

Standing Strong

Lord...

Give me the courage to stand up for what I believe is right..
Help me to have the sharp wisdom to show others everything
My desire is to be loving and faithful in your sight
Help me to show others the joy that a life with you does bring.

There will be hearts who will try to change my mind on where I stand..
But Lord let me be a light that shines even brighter for you
Help me to never be swayed but guided by your mighty hand
Help me to be confident and positive in all I do.

Lord let me be a great warrior for your Kingdom above..
Teach me more how to be your instrument of hope and great care
There is nothing more persuading and beautiful than your love
My Saviour I know that with one sweet call you will be right there.

Song Of The Heart

My Jesus..

I know I'm not perfect by any means, that's true..
I make some mistakes and missteps along the way
But when I realize I have compassion from you
I know that I'm forgiven more than words can say.

You hear my cries for love and are right there for me..
Giving me peace and reassurance from the start
Telling me I have a home in eternity
Sending me pure, perfect love that comes from your heart.

You bless me and provide me with great things to see..

I may not know where every step will lead me to,
Don't know what the climate will be along the way
But I know one thing for sure in all that I do

The Hardest Task

Sometimes the hardest thing is knowing I am not perfect, that's true..
But I have to realize the important thing that matters most of all
You are my Father and everything I want in all I do
You are always there to help and to comfort me when I call.

I never have to search very hard or wonder where you may be
You are right there giving all of the love that your great heart contains
And reaching out your grace to take care of me
Healing all of the inner and unbearable severe pain.

You are the beautiful light that brightens my pathway,
You are the precious song of love that keeps my heart afire.
My best friend that I call upon just before each day
My mentor that I look up to so much and admire.

The protector who watches over me from above
The defender who keeps me in his precious sweet care
Whenever I call you reach out to me from above
You are my everything and more who is always there.

How can I say thank you enough for all that you do
You never give up and never fail my yearning heart

The Hardest Lesson

My Jesus.

Sometimes when I journey out and I can't see my way,
There are clouds beginning to take shape along the path
I slowly take each footstep trying to start the day
But something working in my heart tells me to go back.

I can see these obstacles that are blocking my view
Things that trouble my heart and cause me worry and fear
It takes away peace and happiness in all I do
And keeps me away from the assurance you are near.

But I need to look to you and not to what I see
You are my Father, my protector and so much more
You'll always be there no matter what to care for me
You will take care of everything just like before.

But the hardest lesson that I must learn now so true
How to have a great trust in my heart so perfectly
I need to give all that I am Lord now unto you
You will give the greatest lesson of hope just for me.

I Long To Hear Your Voice

My Jesus...

I long to hear your voice and feel your presence upon me,
Filling me with everything wonderful that comes from you
I want to feel your sweet spirit so strong and perfectly
Igniting me with your power in all that I may do.

I long to hear your voice calling to my heart from above,
Commanding that all things line up according to your plan
And filling every part of me with a pure, perfect love
Watching good things coming from your unfolding, mighty hands.

I long to hear your voice to inspire and uplift my soul
And make me the faithful heart and child you want me to be
Everything that you are always makes me complete and whole

My Jesus...

There are days when I feel like things are weighing heavily upon me,
Strong burdens and rough conflicts to which nothing can ever quite compare
I can't see a bright light on my pathway as far as the eyes can see
I need to feel like someone is concerned about me and really cares.

I look up to find an overflow of your strength, wisdom and beauty..
And a mercy that has patience you can't find anywhere you go
Your hands of understanding reach over to rest upon me
Love and reassurance tell me that there is nothing you don't know.

I can see many tears flowing from your hurting eyes with perfect grace..
You begin to lift the heavy burdens from my back so lovingly
And restore my happiness and joy and the precious smile on my face
Lifting me up and inspiring my heart wherever I may be.

You tell me do not worry or be burdened but lean upon you..
For you want to see me successful and contented in every way
You'll be my source and my foundation in everything I do
I don't ever have to carry a burden along my own pathway.

Thoughts And Laughter

Sometimes it can be really hard to 😃 smile.  You want to find the good in everything and everyone.

But you just can't see the 🌞 sunshine or the 🌈 rainbow ahead of the rain.  It is at that point when miracles begin to happen.  God's love comes shining through to overshadow the clouds.

His 💘 love takes away anything unlike Him and makes everything brand new.  Experience our awesome Father today.

Silent Cry

Jesus...

When I cry no one hears my anguish or pain..
No one cares how I feel when I am so down
I feel like giving up knowing it's all in vain
My heart hurts so much but doesn't make a sound.

But you come with a joy that is new each day
Your peace heals all of the brokenness I feel
I know that each moment you will make a way
Your adoration is precious and so real.

The Answer

Precious Jesus...

When my ❤ heart seeks an answer that I know must be,
Yet I can't really see anything now in sight
I have to trust in your wisdom so perfectly
For you will show me what I need with such delight.

It will satisfy everything that I yearn for
And provide what my spirit craves and delight too
Lord you are my source of it all and so much more
Everything I need and want is found in you.

Heavenly Operation

My Jesus...

You see my tears and the pain that tears away at my tranquility..
And watch as I slowly deteriorate to nothing much inside
Suddenly your heart fills with sadness at what is happening to me
You want to bring new hope and comfort as your hands start to open wide.

You remind me I'm not alone and you're working life all out for me
Although at that very moment I may not see your divine sweet care
I need to have great faith and believe and know that you truly see
And through every single footstep on my pathway you will be right there.

Your pure love will wipe away my tears and bring me great happiness..
The breathtaking power of your mighty grace will give me hope so new
I can truly see step by step that being your child I am so blessed
I will never again feel so sad and so down now that I have you.

The Rain From Heaven

Jesus...

Let the precious rain from Heaven fall freely down upon me,
And quench the deepening thirst that seems to plague my yearning sweet soul
Let your beautiful glory now define who I long to be
And fill my mind and heart with happiness that's complete and whole.

Ignite me with your spirit and make me something so brand new..
Let me feel the awesome movement of your love so perfectly
I want to be ablaze with joy in everything that I do
My Saviour see a beautiful instrument when you see me.

Let the beautiful rain from Heaven begin to fall right now..
I close my eyes and smile as I wait upon your great call

The Passage Of Time

  It is so hard to believe that another fourth of July is upon us.  Have a 😊 Happy and safe fourth!  Yet it is alarming to hear people say that it's 'just another day' and it doesn't mean anything this year.

  Okay, our country is in disarray.  There doesn't seem to be any unity, brotherhood or respect for one another and those in leadership.  Yes, it can be frightening to see it all.  We've probably never seen it so bad to this extent.

But, if you let someone stick a nail in your tire you will never get where you want to go.  Let's consider a couple of key points.  We live in the greatest nation in the world.  We have been through rough patches before.  The most important fact is God is in charge.

  Why would He let such things happen?  Remember we live in a lost and imperfect 🌎 world filled with sin.  Yet, the most awesome fact is that we can come before Him and 🙏 pray for peace, happiness and tranquility once again.

  Through it all we need to keep our focus on Him and not on what's around us.  If that means not listening to your local news as much then so be it.

  We need to realize how blessed we are.  We live in a land of freedom.  We can walk and talk.   We are surrounded by those who 💘 love us.  The list goes on.

  I want to challenge you to a little activity.  Take a notebook and pen and jot down all that you are grateful for.  I will bet you come up with quite a list.

  Take a few moments each day to thank God and ask Him to help 🇺🇸 America.  It will help you to realize that you have even more reason to celebrate this fourth and every day.
