Sometimes my heart feels like it's breaking apart and hurting in many ways...
The true sadness seems to fill every bit of the deepest part of me
I desperately need new restoration that will brighten all of my days
As my eyes fill with tears I teach out for Your breathtaking majesty.
I ask You to forgive me as You make everything so brand new...
You fill me with Your peace and a sweet happiness I've never known before
I'm given a divine plan and the seeds of pure hope and promise too
When I think it couldn't get more perfect You continue to bless me more.
My Jesus, When I Reach for You is when everything is made right...
You take me in Your holy embrace and comprise the very best of me
I work hard so that I may always be so pleasing in Your perfect sight
My Jesus, please continue to do a wondrous work for eternity.
