     Your heart feels so broken deep inside of you.  You feel so overwhelmed like you are ready to shatter into pieces.  It just seems like no matter how hard you try or how much effort that you give, it is not good enough.

     You feel so alienated and distant.  People just seem to treat you poorly, and walk away.  Have you ever had feelings like these or know someone who has?  What do you do when the outside world treats you badly and causes you pain?

     Today's fast paced society can bring such feelings to any heart.  You must lean on the Lord for everything.  He is your everything.  Make your prayer life a number one priority.  

     Prayer is not a task.  Prayer is an instrument and a connection to the Lord's heart of grace and love.  Talk to Him in a close and personal way.  Tell Him what burdens your heart most.

     He will be the breathtaking light that you need to uplift you.
