These burdens are too heavy to carry anymore with grace
It's getting harder and more trying with each new day
Please anoint me now with Your embrace
Your love can make all of the pain go away.
I'm not perfect and can't stand the powerful fear and uncertainty
It's draining me of my happiness and inner delight
My Savior please take this horrible pack away from me
I desperately need Your strength and rugged might.
It's seems so impossible to find any new encouraging ground
But in You all success is attainable with a seed of trust
Lord, help me to see Your smile where sweet hope is found
I reach for Your presence where faithfulness is a must.
